The Dig Pig Silencer is a next-generation hydrovac nozzle built for extreme performance, maximum durability, and real-world operator safety. Its all-weather, all-terrain design features a 303 stainless steel body and inlet, a hardened aluminum and stainless rotor, and tungsten carbide seats that are five times stronger than the industry standard. A machined, high-visibility yellow polymer cover non-conductive, impact-resistant, and fully replaceable protects both the nozzle and underground utilities. With a 0° orifice in a 10° rotating cone, the Silencer delivers a fast, controlled cut optimized for hydrovac and industrial cleaning, while reducing hand fatigue through industry-leading low-vibration performance. Rated to 4200 PSI (tested to 6600 PSI) and up to 205°F (96°C), it’s built to handle frozen ground, clay, and sludge without compromise. All internal components are fully rebuildable, including the cover, seats, and Dig Pig’s advanced coin filter system.

Available in sizes #4, #6, #8, #9, #10, and #12, each Silencer includes a 1/2" MNPT inlet and a laser-etched serial number for tracking wear, maintenance, and real costs per unit in the field.
